Ah yes, the refreshing stimulation of a quality coffee in the morning. I have had a love hate relationship with coffee for well nigh a decade (and a bit). When I first went through my health revolution going all herbal and vegetarian I swore off caffeine - for like a decade. Didn’t really miss it either. Then I found myself at a job that started super early - like 6am - and they provided free coffee. I tried one and to my astonishment, it actually kinda woke me up. Few weeks later and I was a coffee junkie chugging back a litre of columbian supremo to make it through my studies. And so it began, my on again off again coffee wagon trials and tribulations. It’s all good. In an ideal health scenario I would evolve to that caffeine free way of living I enjoyed for ten years, but until then I will still enjoy a really nicely crafted americano.
